Job Summary
Lead tender projects by coordinating cross-functional teams and drafting comprehensive bids for public tenders. Analyze relevant KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve offering processes and supporting systems. Drive innovative approaches for process optimization while fostering an open team culture and ensuring best possible bid results through close collaboration with sales and technical departments. Manage projects using structured methodologies and project management tools, maintaining high detail accuracy and overview in complex situations. Work flexibly with two mobile days per week and three on-site days.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projekt- oder Angebotsmanagement
- idealerweise im Umfeld Healthcare oder Healthcare IT
- strukturiert und zuverlässig
- ausgeprägten Organisations- und Koordinationsstärke
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
- methodische Herangehensweise
- höchste Detailgenauigkeit
- hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- sicheren Umgang mit Projektmanagementtools und MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel
- Deutschkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
- überzeugend in Wort und Schrift
- komplexe Ausschreibungsunterlagen souverän analysieren und bearbeiten
Desired Qualifications
- Mobile Work: Arbeite flexibel an zwei Tagen pro Woche mobil und an 3 Tagen vor Ort
