Job Summary
Bid Manager to lead and coordinate bid management for the KSEA region, guiding virtual bid teams from multiple stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, finance, commercial and legal) through the bid process, ensuring compliant, commercially sound tenders with well-structured proposals and management summaries. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of bids, risk tracking, bid go/no-go decisions, bid budget management, and ensuring timely delivery of winning tender packages. Requires experience in proposal development, understanding of sales cycles, customer relationship management, and the ability to collaborate with global teams (including Southeast Asia management and country teams). Travel is expected around 15% of the time. The role emphasizes understanding competitive actions, maintaining win strategies, and guiding the project strategy to achieve target margins. Key qualifications include extensive experience in bid/proposal management, with a background in elevator industry or related business.
