Job Summary
Lead bid qualification and build clear bid plans, timelines, and ownership across every live tender for enterprise customers in the Australian and New Zealand health systems. Pull apart tender documents to surface requirements, evaluation criteria, and risks, then run the full tender lifecycle by coordinating input from clinical, product, engineering, finance, and legal teams. Write and refine submission content tailored to ANZ health system buyers while holding submissions to ISO 27001, IRAP, and Privacy Act standards. Act as the single point of contact for clarifications and customer engagement, manage internal reviews and version control, and lead post-bid reviews to feed lessons learned into the reusable bid content library.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leading complex health system tenders across Australia or New Zealand
- Track record of winning multi-year, seven-figure contracts through state, territory or hospital network procurement
- Strong knowledge of ANZ health procurement routes, evaluation scoring and governance requirements
- Ability to run several live bids at once without dropping a deadline
- Confidence in thinking and openness to being wrong
