Bid Manager

Assist with developing Market Sounding responses and prepare information briefing packs to support internal approvals. Manage bids from the beginning to end, covering the EOI phase through tendering, contract award, and handover to the delivery team. Proactively develop win strategies by collaborating with Pre-contracts, Estimating, and Submission teams. Identify potential partnering opportunities through multi-criteria assessments and maintain records of pursuits and engagements. Work with the General Manager, Operations Manager, and Business Development Manager to identify opportunities that sustain business growth. This role requires a relevant degree in construction management or engineering, five years of bid management experience, and a track record in managing the complete tender process. Based in Victoria with potential to manage bids across multiple regions.
