Job Summary
Bid Manager responsible for end-to-end bid management from RFI through RFQ, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, producing high-quality proposal documents, and maintaining BD content. Will conduct market research, develop customer insights, and support content creation (case studies, market insights) for proposals. Requires strong project management, desktop publishing, and written communication skills, with experience coordinating senior stakeholders and delivering to tight deadlines. Based in the UK with hybrid working arrangements in Lutterworth.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bid management experience
- Strong project and programme management skills
- Excellent written communication and ability to produce professional proposal content
- Strong analytical, research, and desktop publishing capability
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
