Job Summary
Bid Manager cum Analyst role requiring strong communication and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Responsibilities include updating trackers and MIS data, measuring conversion rates for BD activities (Enquiry vs RFP vs Win/Lost), managing dashboards, responding to RFPs and preparing proposals, supporting backend business development, maintaining marketing inventory, coordinating updates of case studies and CVs, updating master capability decks for all sectors, and coordinating with Operations Head to track monthly revenue projections for the year. The Cost Manager role requires 7+ years of experience with interior fit-outs (location Gurgaon preferred; remote allowed only for in-person option in scraper hints), and involves candidate selection for regional roles, aligning with project cost controls and regional revenue projections. Education is a general graduate credential; location is India with in-person work and travel as needed.
