Job Summary
Lead tendering strategy and manage the full bid lifecycle from inception to handover for bridge and rehab projects. Identify early-stage opportunities, secure partner teams, and analyze tender packages including contract reviews and submission requirements. Autonomously lead the RFP period by developing comprehensive bid-winning strategies, producing deliverables like schedules and responsibility matrices, and preparing presentation documents for senior management approval. Oversee proposal quality, emphasize winning themes, define work methodologies, and manage client relations through RFIs and workshops. Conduct post-award analysis, mentor junior staff, and transition leadership to the project lead upon contract award.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Construction Industry
- Previous Bid Management experience
- Strong Technical, legal and risk management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of P6 Primavera preferred
- Working knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid preferred
