Job Summary
Bid Manager will own end-to-end bid processes for enterprise deals, from RFP intake to submission and post-submission follow-up. Responsibilities include proposal writing and editorial oversight, coordinating inputs from Legal, Product, Security, and Commercial teams, bid qualification and prioritisation, turning win/loss data into improved bids, and collaborating on pricing and commercial reviews. The role requires experience running RFPs/tenders in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ability to manage multiple bids under pressure, familiarity with enterprise procurement, and a track record of building or developing a bid function. The candidate should think with an AI-native mindset, possess strong writing skills to translate complex products into persuasive procurement-ready responses, and demonstrate design sensitivity to stand out in client-facing materials. The position reports to the COO, involves high visibility with major prospects, and emphasizes rapid action, ownership of end-to-end projects, and a willingness to push for better processes in a fast-evolving, AI-enabled environment.
