Job Summary
Hybrid Bid Manager in Austin, TX responsible for leading capture, bid, and proposal activities for IAM/CIAM opportunities in the Americas. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop pursuit strategies, write and edit proposals, coordinate inputs (pricing, legal terms, references), manage budgeting/pricing, identify risks and mitigate them, engage with customers and partners, ensure governance/compliance, and support presentations and negotiations. Requires 5+ years in bid-related roles and a Bachelor’s degree; Spanish is a plus. The role emphasizes end-to-end proposal development, content quality, and cross-region coordination to drive win themes and differentiators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal management, capture management, or related commercial roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in bid management tools, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
