Job Summary
Lead End-to-End Bid Delivery for major New Zealand projects by steering tender lifecycles (EOI, RFP, submissions) to produce high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals. Define winning bid strategies with clear win themes and client-focused messaging; coordinate technical, commercial, and leadership stakeholders to create cohesive submissions; drive client engagement and market positioning; integrate pricing, cost modelling, and risk mitigation to ensure value-for-money; ensure governance and compliance through approvals and procurement rules; drive continuous improvement in bid methodologies and tools. This role leverages expertise in bid management, pricing, governance, and cross-functional leadership to secure major opportunities and contribute to ACCIONA’s sustainability and growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in bid management, proposals, project coordination, or a related field
- Ability to prepare clear, persuasive, and client-focused submission documents and executive summaries
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, bid governance, and structured submission processes (EOI/RFP)
- Understanding of pricing, cost structures, risk analysis, and delivering commercially viable solutions
- Proven ability to manage timelines, align multiple contributors, and deliver outcomes under pressure
