Job Summary
Conduct weekly product maintenance in Tandem MPCR, including setup and item additions or deletions, while verifying the STORES catalog matches the system weekly. Coordinate pricing with the PRIME group for each item, review NAPA allowances, and ensure attachments are correct for DLA customers. Research and complete follow-up on customer complaints, perform quarterly QC checks on auditable items, and use the RECON Tool daily to resolve pricing issues. Submit weekly and monthly reports to the DLA Contracting Officer. This role supports US Foods, one of America's leading foodservice distributors, partnering with approximately 300,000 restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years accounting experience
- Contract and customer agreement, pricing experience
- Strong Excel experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail orientation
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to meet deadlines
