Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bicycle service department
- At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
- Knowledge of a variety of bicycle brands and models
- Knowledge of the tools and equipment used for repairs
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational skills
