Job Summary
Oversees BikeWorks operations, staff training and development, budgeting, safety compliance, and coordination with Marketing and HRIS. Manages purchasing, expenses, and vendor relations; develops and administers marketing and participant engagement plans; recruits and evaluates staff; ensures a safe and compliant work environment; maintains cash handling and invoicing procedures; and stays current on mountain biking trends. Requires advanced mountain biking ability and mechanical knowledge, plus strong leadership and communication skills; PMBIA Level 3 (or higher) desired, IMBA membership recommended, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver license. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five years of related experience in bicycle rental, retail, or park program management or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
