Job Summary
Assemble, repair, and maintain bicycles, toys, barbecues, and furniture using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer guidelines. Check in with management to confirm build lists and inventory, then generate and complete daily invoices. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients by leaving them with clean build areas. Report effectively with your Area Manager and keep the workspace safe and clean. This seasonal part-time role involves flexible scheduling with pay transitioning to piece rate upon training completion, where productivity directly increases earnings. Candidates must be self-motivated, possess mechanical aptitude, and be capable of prolonged standing, lifting 50+ pounds, and repetitive motion.
Required Qualifications
- Day-shift/early morning availability
- Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision
- A mechanical aptitude: you are handy
- Has Basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver
- A smartphone and e-mail address
- Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device
- Ability to pass a background test
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Reliable transportation
- Capable of working on your feet for extended periods
- Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
