BICSI Technician

Perform installation, diagnosis, and service repairs of card access and security camera systems and related low-voltage building-system equipment at customer sites. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software, and manuals; follow troubleshooting procedures and utilize technical manuals to repair equipment. Service, troubleshoot, and install card access and CCTV systems; ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. Complete service acknowledgements in company software; obtain customer signatures upon completion. Available for on-call emergency service; maintain truck inventory; adhere to safety guidelines; perform physical tasks (lifting 50-70 lbs) and operate tools and equipment as required. Proactively learn quickly, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and provide high levels of customer service.
