BIB/Off-Line Operator Crew R3 (Schedule: 5am-5:30pm, 2/2/3/2 Rotating)

Job Summary
Operate BIB filling and CO2 filling machines in a production environment. Responsibilities include filling pallets accurately at a rate set by management, handling products and materials, assisting with various production duties to cover breaks, operating manual/powered pallet jacks and lifting equipment, staging completed pallets, restocking and repacking with attention to date codes, maintaining clean and safe work areas, complying with regulatory and company policies, and meeting productivity requirements. Must be able to lift 10-60 pounds, climb ladders, and work in variable conditions; a Certified Forklift License is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- One (1) year general work experience
- Certified Forklift License
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports and work instruction
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer knowledge
