BI Performance Manager

Job Summary
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reviews using Power BI, Planful, ThoughtSpot, and Snowflake. Manage data integration workflows with Boomi Connectors to automate movement between ERP, HR, and Snowflake systems, ensuring reporting consistency and governance. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, FP&A, HR, and IT teams to align data structures, refine KPI frameworks, and provide training for self-service reporting. Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support business strategy and performance management. Requires 7+ years of BI experience in financial services, with a focus on enterprise-level data architecture and executive decision-making support.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen / Green Card Holder only
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in BI, financial systems, or analytics
- 3+ years in a manager or team lead role
- Proven success designing and deploying enterprise BI dashboards using Power BI, Planful, and ThoughtSpot
- Hands-on expertise with Boomi Connectors, Snowflake, ETL workflows, and API integrations
- Strong data modeling, SQL, and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting
- Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week)
