Job Summary
Lead daily field operations on assigned hardscape and outdoor construction projects by coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries. Execute project plans, schedules, and scopes as directed by the Project Manager while maintaining jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times. Monitor quality to ensure work meets Waterton standards, identify issues early, and communicate proactively. Maintain accurate daily logs, photos, and documentation to track progress efficiently. This hands-on leadership role supports growing field operations within a structured PM/Superintendent model, requiring a respected leader who raises solutions-focused issues early.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead in hardscape, civil, sitework, landscaping, or exterior construction
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, crew management, and jobsite logistics
- Ability to manage multiple scopes and trades on active jobsites
- Comfortable working in the field every day
