Job Summary
Lead and develop painting crews by training, mentoring, and supervising field teams to drive high performance. Manage projects by assigning tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while monitoring work to meet quality standards. Enforce safety protocols and environmental practices across all job sites, including proper hazardous material handling. Oversee materials and equipment by managing paint usage, inventory replenishment, and maintaining tools. Travel as needed to visit sites in Nashville and surrounding areas. Requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, 5+ years of residential painting experience, and 5+ years in a supervisory role. Full-time position with occasional remote travel.

- Clear, respectful, and confident communicator-written and verbal
- Deep knowledge of paint prep, application techniques, and tools of the trade
- Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to visit job sites across Nashville and surrounding areas
- Ability to travel to remote projects
- Ability to manage paint usage, inventory replenishment, and ensure safe and proper equipment maintenance
- Ability to uphold environmental safety practices, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials
