Job Summary
Oversee hiring, training, and supervising property staff while managing community revenue and expenses to meet budget guidelines. Maintain accurate resident records, process rent and deposits, and ensure compliance with all policies. Complete building inspections, follow up on maintenance service requests, and serve as a resource for residents to resolve concerns. Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with attention to detail. Fluent in Spanish and English required, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree
- Valid Driver's license
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Industry software experience (YARDI, On Site, etc.)
- Property management experience
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
