Job Summary
GYN outpatient Physician Assistant to perform routine GYN exams, IUD insertions/removals, and all aspects of Women's Health. Record patient history and follow-up with patients; assist and work closely with Physician to provide patient care; ability to work independently two days a week in office; minimal phone call for office patients; in-office procedures; patient volume ~15 patients/day. Bilingual in Spanish required. Compensation: salary starting at $100,000 with CME reimbursement and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k with matching, disability, company-paid life insurance, malpractice coverage). Requirements: National PA certification, active licensure in state or ability to obtain, DEA license or ability to obtain, CPR/BLS/NALS, proficient in assessment and treatment planning, strong communication skills; preferred one year of full-time PA experience. Location: Plantation, FL, USA.
Required Qualifications
- National Physician Assistant certification
- Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
- Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
- Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
- One year of full-time experience as a Physician Assistant is preferred
