Bi-Lingual Drywall Manager

Job Summary
Lead drywall crews on residential projects, overseeing supervision, training, and coaching to maintain high productivity and craftsmanship. Coordinate daily work tasks, manage schedules, and ensure timely project completion. Travel to local and remote project sites as needed. Monitor material inventory and reorder needs for efficiency, enforce safety protocols, and ensure environmental compliance. Regularly inspect work to uphold Dry PaT’s quality standards and maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition. Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to achieve high-quality results across construction and finishing trades.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential drywall installation and finishing
- At least 5 years in a supervisory or team lead role within the construction or drywall industry
- Leadership abilities in crew management, scheduling, and problem-solving under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with drywall systems, installation techniques, and related tools
