Job Summary
Answer calls within 3 seconds and complete standard calls in 5 minutes, navigating back-to-back appointments for dental practices across North America. Manage time efficiently while on and off the phone, prioritizing tasks based on importance and maintaining a distraction-free environment. Ensure accuracy in scheduling, data entry, and information shared with both patients and clients. Fluency in Spanish is required to bridge communication gaps for patients who prefer Spanish, while dental experience allows for deeper patient interaction without providing clinical advice. Maintain a positive attitude, apply feedback cooperatively, and meet call center metrics including average handling time and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Must have high-speed internet connection
- Must pass a pre-employment background screen
- Must successfully pass ALL pre-employment assessments
- Must provide two work references with their current contact information at time of the interview
- Must be able to ensure a distraction free work environment
