Job Summary
Lead BI and Analytics for International Service Operations, defining and executing the BI/analytics strategy, managing delivery of BI projects across platforms, ensuring data governance, quality, and actionable insights. Partner with Operations, IT, AI, Service Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into BI solutions; oversee dashboards, scorecards, and reporting; drive advanced analytics (including predictive models) to inform strategy; coach and develop a high-performing BI & Analytics team and manage budgets/resources. Ensure adherence to standards and enable data-driven decision-making for international service commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- Experience in Healthcare Services and Services Project Management
- Strong knowledge of GEHC applications (Smax, GLProd, SFDC, Siebel, eOM, MyOrders, etc.)
- Expertise in SQL, data warehousing, data quality, ETL/ELT processes
- Advanced proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Advanced proficiency with automation, software development and support
