Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and delivery of BI dashboards and analytical solutions aligned to business goals, owning end-to-end projects from requirement gathering through KPI definition, data modeling, and dashboard optimization. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, driving discussions, demos, and feedback cycles to translate problems into actionable insights. Manage and mentor a team of BI engineers, overseeing task planning, reviews, and best-practice enforcement while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance. Connect BI tools to AWS Data Lakes and Data Warehouses, optimize refresh strategies, and drive adoption through self-service analytics and visualization standards. Evaluate new capabilities and recommend GenAI-integrated BI strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Visualization
- Strong experience with BI tools like: Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, Metabase, or Apache Superset
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end BI projects, from requirements gathering to dashboard delivery and adoption
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of BI engineers/analysts
- Good understanding of AWS data and analytics ecosystem
- Experience connecting BI tools to Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
- Understanding of security, row-level security (RLS), and access control in BI tools
- Evaluate new capabilities, and recommend adoption strategies with GenAI integrated BI requests
