Job Summary
Analyze business processes to identify reporting and analytics needs while collaborating with sales, logistics, finance, and procurement teams. Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and KPI systems, and design data models using star or snowflake schemas. Connect data from diverse sources including ERP, SAP, SQL Server, Oracle, and Excel to support the new Data Warehouse implementation. Define development standards, document solutions, and educate users on analytical platforms. Contribute to BI strategy planning and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Najmanje 3-5 godina iskustva na BI projektima
- Iskustvo u modeliranju podataka
- Iskustvo rada s Data Warehouse sustavima i ETL procesima
- Iskustvo rada s Pythonom
- Razumijevanje poslovnih procesa (prodaja, logistika, financije ili nabava)
- Analitičnost i sposobnost samostalnog vođenja projekata
