Job Summary
Develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and data models using Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL to transform complex healthcare revenue cycle data into actionable insights. Gather business requirements, validate data accuracy, and optimize queries to ensure consistency and user satisfaction across operational and client-facing initiatives. Collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and clients to translate needs into scalable reporting strategies, automate recurring processes, and present analytical findings that drive informed decision-making. Manage analytics projects to deliver high-quality solutions on time while supporting industry benchmarking and reimbursement analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced SQL development skills with the ability to analyze, transform, and validate complex datasets
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable reporting and analytical solutions
- Experience validating data and resolving discrepancies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including internal stakeholders and clients, and document business logic, assumptions, and reporting calculations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and the ability to leverage emerging technologies, automation, and AI-assisted tools
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, reimbursement, or healthcare analytics
- Experience working with enterprise data warehouses, Snowflake, or large-scale reporting environments
- Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines while adapting to a changing atmosphere
- The employee will be expected to make judgement decisions, grasp new ideas, and communicate with various employees and clients at all levels
