Job Summary
Design, develop, and optimize enterprise Power BI solutions (dashboards, reports, semantic models) to meet reporting needs; implement advanced DAX calculations with time intelligence and dynamic security, including Row-Level Security; ensure governance, data quality, and performance standards; collaborate with data engineers, governance teams, product managers, and stakeholders; mentor BI Developer 1, conduct code reviews, and document data models and development standards; contribute to BI strategy and propose new solutions; healthcare data experience preferred; remote-first environment with virtual/hybrid/worksite options.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent field
- 3-5 professional experience in BI development
- Proven expertise in creating enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports
