Job Summary
Designs the technical and information architecture for Analytics DataMarts and Reporting Environments; focuses on data modeling and database design for the AWM LOB; supports MIS query optimization and deployment of BI technologies (Thoughtspot, Databricks, Tableau); develops, deploys, and maintains GenAI-based solutions; scopes and coordinates with product owners; collaborates with technology teams to establish a robust Analytics and Transformation environment; designs and develops complex queries for dashboards/reports from large data sets; improves processes with CI/CD (DevOps) workflow; seeks to leverage BI reporting methodologies and advanced visualization of enterprise data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in MIS/CS/Engineering (or equivalent BI development experience) with 6+ years in data engineering and visualization.
- Strong Python (PySpark/PySQL) and SQL skills, with experience building end-to-end ETL/data pipelines across MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud analytics.
- Proven ability to handle large, multi-source datasets and deliver scalable database architecture plus end-to-end BI dashboards/reports.
- Exposure to GenAI prompt/context engineering frameworks; strong communication and analytical skills.
