BI & Data Analyst

Job Summary
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models supporting commercial, financial, and customer reporting. Enhance existing reporting solutions with new features, measures, and visualizations while handling report refreshes, workspace content, and security roles. Maintain SQL-based reporting data structures including views, tables, and semantic layers, identifying and resolving data integrity issues. Support automated finance reporting and invoicing through PowerBI, PowerApps, and SQL solutions to reduce manual processing. Fix reporting issues and resolve data discrepancies impacting business collaborators. Partner with Commercial Teams, Finance, and Engineering to deliver dashboards and validate reporting outputs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or related field
- Proven ability in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Data Analysis roles
- Strong hands-on Power BI experience including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, report optimization, and workspace management
- Advanced SQL skills including query development, procedure generation, fixing issues, validation, and performance optimization
- Experience with semantic models, tabular models, Analysis Services, or similar business intelligence modeling technologies
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Visual Studio/Analysis Services, KNIME, or other semantic model and business intelligence modeling tools
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake or other SQL-based platforms
- Experience building and maintaining ETL processes, data pipelines, and reporting data flows
- Experience with PowerApps and advanced Excel reporting solutions
- Basic Python scripting experience
