BI Analytics Analyst

Job Summary
Business Intelligence Analytics Analyst responsible for designing and developing complex analytical dashboards and reporting solutions for partners, legal staff, firm management, and administrative users. Develop standards for reporting, determine requirements for centralized, governed data sources, and create processes to ensure data accuracy. Define KPIs to meet business drivers, implement business rules in BI applications, and collaborate with IT for infrastructure support. Perform ad hoc analysis and develop statistical modelling and analysis for BI solutions. Coordinate with embedded analysts in other departments, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and proficiency with Excel, Access/VBA, SQL Server, Visual Studio, SSRS, Tableau, and Qlik; experience with Elite Financial Systems is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Technical proficiency with reporting and analytics tools, including Excel, Access/VBA, SQL Server, Visual Studio, SSRS, Tableau, and Qlik
- Experience with Elite Financial Systems is preferred
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, solve problems, and draw actionable conclusions
- Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret metrics, ratios, percentages, graphs, and charts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees, clients, and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work in a fast-paced environment
