BI Analyst

Job Summary
Design Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models for enterprise use by gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable BI solutions. Build and optimize data models using Power Query, DAX, and SQL while preparing, ingesting, and cleansing data in the data warehouse. Work with the Enterprise Analytics team to maintain enterprise standards and collaborate with data engineering to create finished solutions that uncover unmet needs. This role reports to the Team Lead - BI & Data Analytics. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics. Candidates must be detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and able to achieve deadlines. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics or business intelligence
- Advanced English
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and dimensional modeling (star schema)
- Experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Experience working with enterprise data sources (Azure SQL, SQL Server, Databricks)
- Experience building complex reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Experience with analytical programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Detail-oriented person who is passionate about quality and enthusiastic about new technology
- Familiarity with basic AI functionality as a resource for modelling and building reports that can be queried by AI
- Experience publishing Power BI reports to the Power BI service for reporting consumers, and working with Azure SQL Data Warehouse/Azure Synapse
- Can while still achieving deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Experience business functions especially Customer Success or related teams
- Working knowledge of BI and data warehouse concepts and terminology
- We will give priority consideration to candidates with prior experience specifically using Power BI to build complex, interactive models
