BI Analyst

Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement data visualization and BI applications to enable data-driven decisions for business leaders. Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, ensuring intuitive and effective user experiences. Continuously explore new ways to transform complex data into compelling stories that drive decision-making while identifying and addressing data and design challenges within internal and external sources. Learn and adopt cutting-edge technologies to keep Cushman & Wakefield ahead of industry trends, and collaborate across Technology, Marketing, Operations, and other service lines to transition concepts into production-ready solutions. Contribute to strategies, standards, and best practices for data analysis and visualization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role
- Experience in creating data visualizations that drive actionable insights
- Proficiency in Power BI, CRMA, Tableau, or similar tools such as Tableau, d3.js, or Mapbox
- Knowledge of SQL and APIs
- Project management skills and the ability to harmonize various data sources
