Job Summary
Lead a team of Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) in Lake Montezuma, AZ, supervising, mentoring, and coordinating care, developing and implementing care plans with an interdisciplinary team, monitoring client progress, and ensuring seamless transitions for clients. Requires minimum 3 years in behavioral health, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork skills. Will contribute to professional development and collaborate across care teams to deliver high-quality, client-centered services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in a behavioral health setting
