Job Summary
Provide direct care to clients with behavioral and mental health diagnoses, including conducting interventions and skill-building exercises. Assist licensed professionals with assessments, treatment planning, and therapy sessions while maintaining accurate records of client progress. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and work with clients and families to address treatment goals. Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Requires high school diploma, one year of relevant experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Located in Rimrock, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
