BHS Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise a diverse team of Control Room Operators, VSS Operators, and contractors to ensure on-site Baggage Handling System operations meet contract deliverables and customer expectations. Manage daily meetings for status reporting, distribute work priorities, and monitor progress while implementing process improvements for continuous operational performance. Lead the team as a safety advocate, enforce policies including contingency plans, and conduct analyses of the system's overall health to anticipate and resolve issues. Generate daily operational reports, assist in formulating monthly contractual reports, and represent the company in meetings with the Airport, TSA, and airlines. Requires full-time hours with potential night, weekend, and holiday shifts, plus a valid driver's license and Airport I.D. Badge.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4+ years operational experience in all aspects of a complex conveyor system
- Experienced with MS Office
- Experienced with processes and procedures in on-site operational locations, preferably at airports
- Leadership experience, capable of working with teams
- Competent customer oriented professional who can work independently and accurately
- Ability to anticipate customer and team needs and act accordingly
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to attain and sustain an Airport I.D. Badge
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations or Engineering preferred
- Airport and Warehouse Operations experience
- Conveyor services or material handling services experience
- Team Player

- Supervises the BHS Operations Team and manages the client and stakeholders relationship with excellent customer care
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
