BHS Nordic Ski Assistant Coach - (SY26-27)

Job Summary
Plan and supervise daily Nordic ski team activities, including in-season practices, out-of-season training, and meet coordination. Manage equipment inventory, distribute and collect uniforms, and request transportation through the Athletic Department. Confirm student eligibility, coordinate injury management with the Athletic Trainer, and maintain daily attendance records. Communicate schedules, announcements, and changes to players and families via weekly email updates. Complete required HR paperwork, training, and concussion awareness certification before the season begins. Ride buses to away contests or drive the school van as needed. Ensure all activities comply with MIAA and BHS policies while reporting to the Director of Athletics and head coach.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of MIAA Rules and Policies
- Concussion awareness training certification
- CPR/AED certification
- Current authorization to work in the United States by the first day of employment
- Full vaccination as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- High School Coaching experience or equivalent

- Vaccination required unless exempt per policy
