Job Summary
Head Coach for Boys Varsity Lacrosse in Brookline, MA, responsible for planning and directing daily team activities for the spring season, overseeing in-season and out-of-season activities within MIAA and BHS policies, HR paperwork, scheduling practices and competitions, supervising sub-varsity and assistant coaches, coordinating transportation and equipment, communicating with families through weekly updates, managing eligibility and attendance, nominating postseason accolades, and coordinating with the Athletic Department and Medical staff on injuries and return-to-play. Must maintain compliance with vaccination policy and lead efforts in scheduling, equipment management, and program development.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of MIAA Rules and Policies
- Concussion awareness training certification
- CPR/AED certification
- Current authorization to work in the United States by the first day of employment
