Job Summary
Plan and supervise daily team activities for the Boys Freshman Basketball program across pre-season, in-season, and post-season phases. Manage equipment and uniform inventories, coordinate practice and competition schedules, and oversee student eligibility and attendance records. Communicate weekly updates to families, ride buses or drive the school van for away contests, and maintain accurate scorekeeping. Complete all HR paperwork, training, and concussion/CPR certifications while adhering to MIAA policies. Report directly to the Director of Athletics and head coach.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of MIAA Rules and Policies
- Concussion awareness training certification
- CPR/AED certification
- Current authorization to work in the United States by the first day of employment
- Full vaccination as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- High School Coaching experience or equivalent
