BHRN/ Outreach Navigator

Build and manage relationships with individuals and organizations within assigned geographic regions operating within the substance use disorder continuum of care. Meaningfully contribute to all Behavioral Health Resource Networks by attending events and conducting direct outreach to member organizations via site visits, phone calls, and emails. Represent Recovery Works NW at external conferences and stakeholder meetings while maintaining the CRM system, resources database, and marketing assets including social media channels. Provide direct and billable case management or peer support services for clients and keep internal audiences apprised of current service updates and environmental changes.
