Job Summary
Leasing Consultant – Non-Exempt at BHOM Student Living: market and lease apartments in accordance with management policies, greet prospective residents, show model and common areas, lease apartments, assist with online applications, respond to internet leads, conduct property tours, optimize occupancy and leasing performance, maintain product knowledge, assist with market surveys, collect deposits/fees, prepare lease-related paperwork, maintain prospect traffic data and complete required admin duties, and support resident events and turnover activities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate math
- Computer literacy required
