BHA / MHT Full-Time 3pm-1130pm, rotating Weekends

Behavioral Health Associate I delivers direct client care within a multidisciplinary treatment team, monitoring client behaviors, performing safety checks, supervising clients, recording vital signs, and responding to crises. The role facilitates educational-rehabilitative groups on topics like social skills and independent living, documents charts accurately, coordinates transportation when needed, orients new clients, and supports unit activities to promote client participation and achievement of treatment goals. The position is onsite, full-time (3pm–11:30pm) with rotating weekends at The Farley Center in Williamsburg, VA.
