Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments, behavioral health treatment, and crisis intervention for children, adolescents, and families. Accurately document presenting problems, history, symptomology, and diagnoses while prescribing timely interventions and developing measurable treatment goals. Coordinate client care with service providers and community resources to ensure continuity, complete clinical charting, and collaborate with the team psychiatrist on psychopharmacology updates. Maintain current knowledge of pediatric behavioral healthcare and employ empirically supported interventions consistent with program expectations. Requires Master's degree, Ohio licensure, and experience providing trauma-informed care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited university or professional school of Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Appropriate Ohio licensure
- Experience providing and managing culturally appropriate and trauma-informed behavioral healthcare to children, adolescent and families
- Valid Ohio Board Trainee Registration (for interns)
- Operating within the initial 60-day post-graduation window or an approved trainee extension (up to 6 months maximum)
