BH CLINICIAN - LPHA

Provide high-quality, compassionate care through individual and group counseling, treatment assessment, and clinical justification creation for service authorization. Evaluate client intake information to determine Substance Use Disorder diagnoses using DSM-5 and level of care based on ASAM Criteria. Collaborate with SUD Counselors to establish medical necessity for new and continuing clients while maintaining records compliant with DHCS and Medi-Cal standards. Assist program staff in managing mental health crises and interventions. Participate in developing clinical practices and standards, ensuring thorough knowledge of local resources and program policies. Requires current LPHA, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license with three to five years of experience. Bilingual candidates encouraged; salary range $45.00 - $53.00 per hour.
