Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Ability to effectively understand and communicate in both written and oral form
- Punctual attendance at assigned work location
- Ability to be mobile and possess a valid State of Ohio motor vehicle operator’s license
- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner and maintain an accident free work place
- Ability to comply with OSHA regulations and CDC standard
- Successful completion of a 180-day probationary period
Desired Qualifications
- Heart Saver certification
- Aegis Crisis Prevention certification
- First Aid certification
