Job Summary
BG HR Talent Development Apprentice — supports deploying HR talent practices within the Business Group, focuses on developing a talent pipeline, executing HR processes (performance/development/people reviews), driving diversity and youth employment initiatives, turnover analysis, and people engagement. Ideal candidate is a Master's student in HR or related field with strong communication skills, rigor, autonomy, teamwork, daily use of PowerPoint and Excel, and good English. The role offers exposure to innovative mobility initiatives within an international automotive context at OPmobility (Plastic Omnium lineage).
Required Qualifications
- Master's student in Human Resources or a related field
- Appetence for HR management
- Good communications skills
- Rigor and precision, autonomy, team working
- Very good knowledge with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel used daily)
- Good level in English
