Job Summary
Act as daily point of contact for international HR colleagues and managers; support SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS documentation; contribute to international HR projects focusing on data governance, HR digitalization, and reporting; manage and monitor global HR data quality in SAP SuccessFactors and data interfaces; support international HR reporting with dashboards and management-ready presentations; participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and support related reporting; assist with SAP SuccessFactors release, testing, and deployment; perform additional role-related tasks and drive improvements to the work environment while ensuring compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection, and energy management requirements.
Required Qualifications
- University-level education in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology
- Experience with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in HR reporting, dashboards, analyses, and presentations
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of German is a bonus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of reliability, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in creating presentations, documentation, and quick-reference guides
