Job Summary
Manage your own customer base in the LEH region from setup to development, planning tours, implementing sales measures, and building distribution networks. Ensure full shelf availability and maintain top-tier store presentation standards across your area. Develop creative regional sales promotions to drive revenue and independently analyze KPIs to track portfolio performance. Execute sales strategies in partnership with Key Account Management while mentoring and advancing MBU team members. Requires a commercial qualification or business degree, 2–3 years of similar experience in LEH or FMCG, Class B driver's license, and start date of October 1, 2026, in Siegen.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
- 2–3 Jahren Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- LEH oder FMCG
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- gute Englischskills
- routinierten Umgang mit MS Office
- Führerschein der Klasse B
