Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and service duties to meet established store and individual performance goals while resolving customer concerns. Manage store operations including cash handling, shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems in compliance with security and safety protocols. Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards through general housekeeping and assist store leadership on elevated issues. Adopt new store technologies and advocate for initiatives that improve consumer experience and operational performance. Collaborate with the team and Home Office partners to build local community connections through events and brand engagement.

- Excellent product knowledge
- Ability to resolve customer concerns with ease
- Ability to build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment
- Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks

- Self-starter with a growth mindset
- Progressive retail leadership experience
- Proven skills in supervising, coaching and training
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Must have reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform all essential job functions
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Shopify platform
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, talk and hear
- Ability to reach with hands and arms, to type, reach overhead, and climb ladders
