Job Summary
Direct all beverage department activities, including monthly inventory, daily pricing monitoring, and menu development. Coordinate beverage and equipment movement across restaurant and catering operations while managing overall financial responsibility. Develop and institute training for F&B staff on state laws, regulations, and service standards. Ensure compliance with safety policies, report incidents to Origami Risk, and maintain high quality and profit standards through exceptional customer service. Work flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including: mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well groomed appearance standards
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
- Must have excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to be calm in stressful situations while keeping a smile
- Ability to perform under pressure effectively for extensive periods of time while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to read, speak and write English Language in order to interact with staff and guests
Desired Qualifications
- College Degree preferred
- Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant experience preferred
